Tempera is a behavioral analytics and coaching tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or brokerage services of any kind. We do not execute trades, hold funds, manage portfolios, or provide financial guidance. All trading decisions are yours alone. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
By accessing or using Tempera ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
Tempera is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, futures commission merchant, or any other type of regulated financial entity. We are not registered with FINRA, the SEC, the CFTC, or any equivalent regulatory authority in any jurisdiction.
The signals, analysis, patterns, discipline scores, coaching messages, and any other content generated by Tempera are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:
You should always conduct your own research and consult with a qualified financial professional before making any trading or investment decision. Past patterns identified in your trading history do not guarantee future results.
Trading in equities, options, futures, forex, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Leveraged products such as options and futures can result in losses that exceed your initial deposit.
Tempera's tools are designed to help you understand your behavioral patterns — they do not eliminate trading risk. The existence of a discipline rule, signal, or AI coaching message does not guarantee a profitable trade or protect you from losses.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without their permission.
You retain ownership of all trade data you upload to Tempera. By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to process and analyse that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We do not sell your individual trade data to third parties. We may use aggregated, anonymised data to improve our AI models and platform features. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Paid subscriptions (Pro and Elite) are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Tempera to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard or by emailing support@thetempera.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, except in our 7-day money-back guarantee period.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including the AI models, signal engine, discipline rules engine, user interface, and branding — are owned by Prepaze Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY ANALYSIS OR SIGNAL GENERATED BY THE PLATFORM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEMPERA INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prepaze Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading activities.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
